Refund Policy
Package purchases are non-refundable once any part of the quota (express interests, contact reveals, or gallery uploads) has been used.
If a payment was charged but your account was not credited with the corresponding package quota due to a technical error on our end, contact support with your payment reference and we'll resolve it.
