1. Applicable Terms
1.1 Thanks for using the MagdalaMatrimony. The MagdalaMatrimony is a matrimonial service provided at https://magdalamatrimony.com/ by HashBits. For the purposes of this Terms of Service, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refers to MagdalaMatrimony, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services. Your use, as an individual, of the MagdalaMatrimony is subject to these MagdalaMatrimony Terms of Service (the "Terms").
1.2 In order to accept the Terms and use the MagdalaMatrimony You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal age in Your country to form a binding contract with us.
1.3 These Terms form a legally binding contract between You and MagdalaMatrimony in relation to Your use of our platform.
1.5 The MagdalaMatrimony includes web and mobile web versions that we may make available to You. These include management, publishing, and listing tools as well as metrics and insights based on data derived from your account activities on MagdalaMatrimony.
2. Privacy and Information
2.1. Any data collected or used pursuant to Your use of the MagdalaMatrimony is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Additionally, there are some special cases explained below applicable to data that we collect in connection with the MagdalaMatrimony.
2.2 When You are using the MagdalaMatrimony, we collect certain "Usage Information." "Usage Information" means information about Your use of our platforms such as Your page visits and data viewed, Your interactions with the MagdalaMatrimony's features and functionality, Your actions when using the MagdalaMatrimony APIs, and the IP addresses, and timestamps associated with these activities.
2.2 MagdalaMatrimony will retain the user data as long as its associated Account is active or if the account is deactivated not longer than 90 days. Post 90 days of account removal, all information regarding a user will be removed from our databases. Any changes in Your ability to access the MagdalaMatrimony or the status of Your user log in will not affect this retention period.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not use the MagdalaMatrimony:
- beyond the intended MagdalaMatrimony functionality outlined in the Terms of Service;
- to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity or abusive behavior;
- to disable, interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent any aspect of the MagdalaMatrimony; or
- to access any feature in a manner that violates the human rights of other users.
- to execute social engineering on the profiles of the users on our platform.
4. Modification and Termination of Services
4.1 MagdalaMatrimony may, at its sole discretion, change, discontinue, or limit access to any feature or functionality, for any reason at any time without liability to You or the Account Owner.
4.2 If MagdalaMatrimony discontinues the service, where reasonably possible, We will give You reasonable advance notice. If MagdalaMatrimony discontinues any top-level metric or reporting feature, we will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice via in-product messaging, email, blog posts, or other reasonable means.
4.3 MagdalaMatrimony may make changes to the Terms at any time with notice and the opportunity to decline further use of the Play Console. MagdalaMatrimony will post notice of modifications to the Terms by emailing Your contact email.
4.4 If You do not agree with the modifications to the Terms, You may terminate Your use of the MagdalaMatrimony, which will be Your sole and exclusive remedy. You agree that Your continued use of the Play Console constitutes Your agreement to the modifications of the Terms.
4.5 If You violate any of the Terms, MagdalaMatrimony may terminate Your access to the Play Console. Additionally, to the maximum extent permitted by law, MagdalaMatrimony may terminate Your access for any reason.
5. General Legal Terms
5.1 The governing law and jurisdiction set forth in the DDA apply to all claims arising out of or relating to the Terms or Your relationship with MagdalaMatrimony under the Terms.
5.3 Sections 1 (Applicable Terms), 2 (Privacy and Information), and 5 (General Legal Terms) will survive any expiration or termination of the Terms.
