2. What Personal data do we save on our Server?
Basic Account Information & Privacy preferences: You provide your basic information such as email address, date of birth, gender, etc to create and start using a MagdalaMatrimony Account. Along with these details, you provide us other details such as Valid ID proof, profile image, and other data relating to your account including name, denomination, and Marital Status. Your profile picture and gallery image privacy preferences will provide the freedom to custom specify who should see your images resources.
Personal Information: Higher profile strength will improve the chances of getting new matches with more profiles. Profile strength is directly proportional to the amount of personal data that user provides in their profile. This data is not mandatory for using the account, but we will store these data in our database so that others will be able to view them when you are not online.
Profile Activities: We save your profile activities such as Interested profiles, Shortlists, and Ignored users for the functioning of the website and to access them whenever logged from any device.
Messages: Chats with other profiles will be stored in our database to access later. We will remove this data only once the user deactivates the account and is not active for more than 90 days.
Purchase Histories: We require the purchase histories to make sure that the user does not lose money on failed transactions.
3. Processing your Personal data
3.1. Our Services
MagdalaMatrimony is a cloud-based matrimonial service. We will process your data to provide the features that can help you find your life partner.
3.2. Safety and Security
We may collect metadata such as your IP address and devices. If collected, this metadata can be kept for 6 months maximum.
3.3. Spam and Abuse
To prevent phishing, spam, and other kinds of abuse and violations of MagdalaMatrimony's Terms of Service, our team may check activities including profile activities and chats that were reported by other users who have been victims. If a spam report on your activities is confirmed by our team, your account may be limited temporarily for a period or get permanently banned from MagdalaMatrimony.
3.4. No Third-Party Banner Ads
We do not allow third-party banner ads on MagdalaMatrimony. We have no intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.
4. When do we remove your personal data?
The data of the user will only be removed from our databases if the user deactivates the account and does not log in for the next 90 days. We save this data to produce them before Law Enforcement Authorities, but only if we receive a court order that confirms you're a crime suspect.

Other users of our Services who come across your profile or with whom you choose to connect with and share certain information, who may be located outside the EEA. 5.2. Law Enforcement Authorities
If MagdalaMatrimony receives a court order that confirms you're a crime suspect, we may disclose your data and phone number to the relevant authorities if they persist in our servers.
